Cognitive Behavioural Therapist | anything else here

description - something random I generated with AI as a palceholder:

Welcome to CBTfit. I'm a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with a passion for helping people break free from unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour. I believe that everyone has the capacity for change, and my role is to guide and support you on that journey.

After qualifying in CBT, I became increasingly aware of the deep connection between mental and physical health. This led me to develop the CBTfit approach — one that integrates traditional CBT techniques with mind-body wellness practices to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms.

I've had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life, helping them overcome anxiety, depression, stress, and a wide range of other difficulties. Every person I work with brings a unique story, and I'm committed to tailoring my approach to what works best for you.

My Therapeutic Approach

I believe therapy should be a collaborative, empowering experience. Together, we'll work to understand your patterns, develop practical strategies, and build your confidence to manage life's challenges independently. I integrate CBT with mindfulness, breathing techniques, and lifestyle guidance to support both your mental and physical wellbeing.

Qualifications & Experience

Committed to the highest standards of professional practice and ongoing development.

A Bit About Me Personally

description - something random I generated with AI as a palceholder:

When I'm not working, you'll often find me out running, practicing yoga, or exploring the outdoors. I'm a firm believer in the power of physical activity and mindfulness for maintaining good mental health — and I try to practice what I preach!

I also love reading, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. I think it's important to be relatable and human in my work, and sharing a little of who I am helps build the trust and connection that makes therapy effective.

My own journey with mental health — both the challenges and the growth — is what inspired me to become a therapist. I know firsthand how hard it can be to ask for help, and I'm here to make that process as comfortable and supportive as possible.
